In-Person Training

In this in person-training package, we’ll evaluate your current fitness levels and create a custom workout plan based on your goals for you to do with your trainer. Your trainer will teach you proper exercise technique and form, and warm up exercises for your specific muscle imbalances. Following your onboarding, your trainer will share nutritional recommendations to help you reach your goals.

  • Includes customized workouts with your trainer, proper form technique, and nutrition guidance. 
  • Offering 1x, 2x, or 3x per week.

1:1 fitness coaching

In this custom 1:1 in coaching package, we’ll tackle your fitness goals from start to finish. Following your onboarding, we create a nutritional guidance plan and workout plan that strategically targets your goals to create lasting results. As we progress in your 1:1 coaching, we perfect things like exercise technique and form, mindset around food and exercise, and building new habits for your lifestyle. This package places a large emphasis on education. You will learn all the tools you need to get results and maintain them on your own.

  • An intensive 12 week coaching program designed to get you results and give you the tools you need to maintain them for life.
  • Includes a customized workout program with up to 5 workouts per week delivered through the Fit by Sam app, form technique check-ins, in depth nutrition counseling, mindset transformation, habit building, and educational content. 
  • 1:1 calls will be done over zoom on a weekly basis.

workout programming

In this custom workout programming package, we’ll take the mental work out of going to the gym by creating a custom workout plan for you to do on your own. Your workout plan can be done at the gym or at home, with your choice of 3-6 workouts per week. This package is also a perfect add on to the in person training package if you want workouts to do on your own outside of training.
